1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of digital products, online courses, coaching programs, webinars, memberships, and related materials (“Services”) offered by Suhail Algosaibi Enterprises (“SAE”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or accessing our Services through SamCart or any other platform, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Standard Digital Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via SamCart and integrated payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

  • You authorize SAE to charge the selected payment method for the full amount at checkout.

2.2 Split Payments (SamCart Payment Plans)

For eligible products, you may choose a split payment option offered directly through SamCart.

By selecting this option:

  • You agree to complete all scheduled installments.

  • Your card will be automatically charged on the dates specified at checkout.

  • Failed or declined payments may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke access until settled.

  • Split payments are not refundable under any circumstance.

  • Access may be restricted if any installment is overdue.

2.3 Monthly Installments (Tabby, Tamara, Floos, and Other Local Providers)

We may offer installment plans through third-party Bahraini and regional providers, including but not limited to:

  • Tabby

  • Tamara

  • Floos

  • Other approved local BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) partners

When selecting these options:

  • You are entering a direct financial agreement with the selected provider.

  • Their terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and approval process apply.

  • SAE does not control approvals, payment schedules, interest, or fees.

  • Any disputes related to installment payments must be resolved with the provider.

  • No refunds will be issued by SAE for payments handled through BNPL providers.

2.4 Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

For memberships and recurring services:

  • You authorize automatic renewal until cancelled.

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous payments.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

2.5 Taxes & Currency

  • Prices are listed in USD or SAR and other local currencies, depending on the product.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or conversion fees.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Products & Courses

All purchases—including digital downloads, templates, online courses, SLO products, masterclasses, and replays—are non-refundable.

3.2 Webinars & Workshops

Payments for webinars, workshops, coaching sessions, or live events are non-refundable.

3.3 Membership Programs

Subscription fees (e.g., recurring membership plans) are non-refundable once charged.

3.4 Split Payments & Installments

  • Split payments via SamCart are non-refundable.

  • Installments via Tabby, Tamara, Floos, or similar providers follow their own refund and cancellation policies, not SAE’s.

  • If you stop paying or default, SAE may revoke access with no refunds.

4. Access to Digital Products & Programs

  • Access is granted only to the individual who purchased the product.

  • Sharing login credentials, reselling, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Access may be lifetime or time-limited depending on the specific product.

  • SAE reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided—including videos, frameworks, worksheets, strategies, templates, coaching content, PDFs, and course modules—are the exclusive intellectual property of Suhail Algosaibi Enterprises.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content

  • Share materials publicly or privately

  • Upload content to groups, websites, or cloud storage

  • Claim ownership of SAE’s methodologies

Violations may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without refund.

6. User Responsibilities

By using any SAE Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use all materials ethically and legally

  • Not engage in harassment or misuse of platforms

  • Not defraud, abuse, or attempt to circumvent payment systems

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

SAE does not guarantee financial results, business outcomes, performance improvements, or specific achievements.

Examples, case studies, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or predictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bahraini law:

  • SAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing the use of our Services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

We process your data in accordance with Bahraini data protection laws.

Payment data is handled by third-party payment processors and is not stored by SAE.

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if:

  • Payments fail or remain unpaid

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

  • Refunds or chargebacks are initiated

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Revised versions take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
